    A We offer a 2-year warranty. If a quality issue occurs, our insurance company will provide immediate compensation, and we will replace the product free of charge. We also collect and analyze the cause of the problem to ensure it does not happen again.

  • Q How do you ensure product quality?

    A Every batch of raw material is inspected using a spectrometer. Each production process is checked, and every finished product undergoes 100% air tightness testing before shipment to ensure high quality.

  • Q Can you provide OEM/ODM customization?

    Yes, we have professional R&D engineers who can develop and mass-produce products based on customer drawings or samples.

  • Q What are your main products?

    We specialize in brass valves. Our core products include gate valves, ball valves, globe valves, as well as angle valves, check valves, and fittings. Our products are widely used in water supply systems, HVAC, gas pipelines, sanitary ware, underfloor heating, and industrial fluid control applications.

  • Q What are your payment terms?

    We typically accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) with 30% deposit before mass production and 70% balance before shipment or against the bill of lading. For long-term regular customers, we also accept L/C (Letter of Credit) and open account terms.

  • Q What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

    A
    For standard products, there is no MOQ requirement. For customized products, a minimum order quantity applies.

  • Q Are you a factory or a trading company?

    A We are an integrated entity factory combining casting, machining, and sales. With our own casting and processing workshops, we can ensure competitive pricing and stable quality control.
